Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are limited but replacements are easy.

Eligible for Replacement:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Leakage or defective packaging

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide images of the package + product

  • Include order ID and contact details

Not Eligible:

  • Opened or consumed products

  • Taste preference

  • Orders placed by mistake

Once approved, a replacement will be sent within 2–4 business days.
Refunds are processed only if the replacement is unavailable.
