Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided it has not been packed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, contact us at info@koshureluxe.com or WhatsApp/call us at 7889345662 with your order number.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, leaked, tampered, or defective

  • Wrong product was delivered

  • Order was not delivered and returned due to courier issues (RTO)

Products eligible for return must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In original packaging

  • Reported within 3 days of delivery

Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Walnuts

  • Dry fruits

  • Cold-pressed oils

  • Any opened or used consumables

Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Replacements
We offer a free replacement if the product delivered was damaged or incorrect.
